Integrative trauma therapy that helps create deep, lasting change.

Many people seek therapy when they feel stuck in patterns they can’t seem to figure out or solve on their own. Maybe this shows up as repeating relationship difficulties, persistent self-criticism, or a constant feeling that something bad is about to happen. Often, these present-day struggles are rooted in difficult past experiences that haven't had the chance to fully heal.

Trauma therapy works to uncover and address the connection between current challenges and past experiences. I use IFS-informed EMDR, an approach that combines EMDR and Internal Family Systems (IFS). This allows us to process trauma and build deep self-compassion in a way that feels safe, grounded, and honors the complexity of your experience. We work together to help you move past unhelpful, habitual responses so you can live with greater ease, authentic choice, and a genuine sense of personal freedom.

Hi! I offer in-person services in Flagstaff and virtual services throughout Arizona and Colorado.

Therapy with me is collaborative, warm, and respectful of your unique pace. I understand one size does not fit all, especially in therapy. I use an integrative approach tailored to who you are and what you need in this moment of your life.

My focus is on creating a space where you feel understood and supported as you heal, grow, and work to create the life you want for yourself. In sessions I am curious, engaged, and gently challenge my clients to lean into the discomfort that they know will ultimately foster their growth and healing.

Approaches

EMDR Therapy
EMDR helps the brain reprocess unresolved experiences that still feel emotionally or physically “stuck,” reducing the intensity of triggers and automatic stress responses.

Internal Family Systems (IFS)
IFS helps us understand and compassionately work with different “parts” of ourselves that developed to protect us, like the inner critic, the people-pleaser, or emotional shutdown.

IFS-Informed EMDR Integration
Combining EMDR and IFS allows therapy to move at a safe, grounded, and collaborative pace. This integrative approach fosters deep self-compassion while resolving the root experiences behind your protective patterns.
