Hi, I’m Kristen
I work to understand clients as complex people that have been shaped by their past and current experiences, cultures, relationships and identities. Together, we explore the roots of the challenges you may be facing today and use trauma-focused approaches like EMDR and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to support meaningful, lasting healing. At the same time, I believe therapy should be balanced and individualized. While engaging in deeper trauma work, we can also create space for practical coping skills, navigating current stressors, processing life decisions, and exploring who you are beyond old patterns and survival strategies.
In sessions, I am a curious, active, and collaborative participant. I tailor my approach to each client’s needs and preferences, balancing gentleness and directness in a way that supports both safety and growth.
I feel deeply honored to work with clients who are willing to show up vulnerably and invest in their healing. One of the most rewarding parts of this work is witnessing clients begin to trust themselves more fully, develop self-compassion, and make choices that feel authentic and aligned with the life they want to create.
